| Arrival/Departure: Rooms are normally ready for occupation at 2 p.m. and will be reserved for you until 6 p.m. If you should delayed, we kindly ask you to telephone. Rooms are to be vacated by 11 a.m. |

| Guests of the Hotel Elite are entitled to a 35% reduction at the Golf Academy. 2% discount on room price by cash payment. |

Dogs are allowed:
€ 18,00 per day without food.
€ 25,00 final-cleaning
Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast facility due to consideration for other guests. Dog owners must pay for any damage for which they are responsible.

Cancellations:
The General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry are applicable. This means that the following cancellation fees accrue: 40% with cancellations from 3 months before start of holiday to 1 month before start of holiday, 70% from 1 month and 90% in the last week before start of travel. Unfortunately, we must charge 100% of the travel price in the event of premature departure.
New: We recommend our guests to take out travel cancellation and cancellation insurance, and point out that the entire room price will be charged in the event of delayed arrival or premature departure. |
